Hemingway- Wax Melts

I have been researching a great American author, Hemingway, and finding out about more than his writing. He was a heavy drinker and a major traveller. One of the pubs he frequented was a pub in Venice called Harry’s, and while it seems like that would mean nothing, it is a fun fact to know for any fan of a Bellini. This pub that was frequented by many famous artists of the time, is the birthplace of the beloved Peach Bellini. And how can anyone go wrong with a deliciously fruity cocktail, topped with champagne!
